Terms of Service

1. About the Service

ETHTokenLaunch ("we", "us", "our") is a no-code smart contract deployment platform. We provide tools that allow users to configure and deploy standard ERC-20 smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain for a flat service fee. We are a technical service provider only. We do not issue, sponsor, endorse, or take any ownership interest in any token created through this platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ETHTokenLaunch, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

3. Payments and Fees

The base deployment fee starts from 0.030 ETH, plus Ethereum network gas costs. Optional add-ons (Renounce Ownership, Token Metadata) carry additional fees as shown on the Pricing page. All fees are displayed before payment is requested. Fees are non-refundable once your payment is confirmed on-chain and deployment begins. Gas fees are paid directly to the Ethereum network and are outside our control. If deployment fails due to a fault on our side, we will redeploy or issue a refund at our sole discretion.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are solely and fully responsible for:

• The token you create, its name, symbol, supply, and intended purpose
• How you distribute, promote, or trade your token
• All legal, regulatory, and tax obligations arising from your token
• Ensuring your token does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights
• The accuracy of any information you provide during deployment

You must not misrepresent the nature, backing, or value of your token to any third party.

5. Prohibited Use

You must not use ETHTokenLaunch to create or facilitate:

• Tokens intended to defraud, deceive, or mislead investors or other users
• Securities, investment products, or financial instruments without appropriate regulatory authorisation
• Rug pulls, exit scams, or any scheme designed to misappropriate funds
• Tokens that infringe trademarks, brand names, or intellectual property of third parties
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

We reserve the right to refuse service to any user at any time, without explanation, if we suspect prohibited or harmful use.

6. No Financial or Legal Advice

Nothing on ETHTokenLaunch constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Creating an ERC-20 token does not guarantee any monetary value, market liquidity, or investment return. Token values are determined entirely by market forces and are inherently speculative. You should seek independent professional advice before making any financial decisions related to tokens or cryptocurrency.

7. Blockchain Transactions Are Irreversible

Transactions on the Ethereum blockchain are permanent and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or recalled once confirmed. Always verify all details in your wallet before confirming any transaction. ETHTokenLaunch is not responsible for any loss arising from user error, incorrect wallet addresses, or mistaken confirmations.

8. Security and Private Keys

ETHTokenLaunch will never ask for your seed phrase, recovery phrase, or private keys under any circumstances. We use wallet-signing only. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet. We strongly recommend using a hardware wallet for any significant token deployments. We are not liable for losses resulting from compromised wallets or lost keys.

9. Third-Party Services

Our platform uses third-party services including Ethereum RPC providers (Alchemy, Infura), MetaMask, Etherscan, and Uniswap. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ETHTokenLaunch, its operators, and affiliates are not liable for: (a) any loss of funds, cryptocurrency, or digital assets; (b) failed, delayed, or erroneous blockchain transactions; (c) losses arising from your use of deployed tokens; (d) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages whatsoever. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the service fee you paid for the specific deployment at issue.

11. Intellectual Property

The ETHTokenLaunch platform, website, and underlying smart contract templates are our intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our written consent.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Note that blockchain data (contract addresses, transaction hashes, wallet addresses) is public and permanent by nature of the Ethereum network.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
